Who we are and who we work for?
We carry out projects mainly for the logistics industry, in particular in sorting centers and logistics warehouses.
We specialize in handling processes characteristic of the courier industry and crossdocking and distribution warehouses, where reliability, business continuity and operational security are of key importance.
We design and implement our solutions in a way that meets the requirements of TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association) certification, taking into account high standards of security and operational readiness of systems.
How we work?
The scope of our work includes system design, installation, configuration and commissioning. We do not treat commissioning as the end of the project. Before handing over the systems for use, we thoroughly verify their operation, and then provide periodic maintenance inspections and service, keeping the systems in constant readiness for operation.

Proprietary solutions
In our business model, we rely on many proprietary solutions, which are the foundation of the systems designed, implemented and operated. The unique service model, i.e. PSS Box (Priority Service Support), has been designed to minimize the risk of failure.
We implement our systems in such a way that the number of service requests is as low as possible. We design reliability from the concept stage, not just during operation, ensuring long-term operational stability and predictable and lower maintenance costs for systems.

PSS History
1998
The history of PSS dates back to 1998, the time when the first works related to the installation of security systems began. At that time, the activity was conducted as part of a company owned by Józef Pawlak, who acted as a person leading and supporting the development of the project from the organizational and business side. It was then that the foundations of the approach to work, responsibility for the implemented projects and long-term thinking about quality and customer relations were formed.
Józef Pawlak, Grzegorz's father, was not professionally involved in the technical security industry, but he had many years of experience in running a business in another industry. His support in the first years of the company's operation was crucial in the field of work organization, business decision-making and building stable business foundations.
At the same time, Henryk Pawlak, an inspirer and mentor, played a huge role in the creation of the PSS. Many years earlier, Henryk had founded a company operating in the field of security systems in the United States under the name Pawlak Enterprise. It was he who proposed to start a similar business in Poland and became a direct impulse to take this professional path. From 1998, when he was less than 20 years old, Grzegorz Pawlak began installing security systems, drawing on the knowledge, experience and practical solutions passed on by Henryk.
Henryk Pawlak was a mentor in both the technical and business areas. He pointed to solutions used in the USA, which at that time were just beginning to appear in Europe. His experience and perspective had a significant impact on the direction of the company's development and on the way of thinking about system integration, automation and reliability of solutions. Henryk Pawlak died in 2024, leaving a lasting mark on the history of PSS and the values that still shape the company's operations today.
2000
In March 2000, in order to obtain a license from the Ministry of the Interior and Administration to conduct business activity in the field of technical security, the company was formally established in the name of Grzegorz Pawlak. From that moment on, PSS began to operate independently, consistently developing its design, implementation and service competencies.
2018
Another important stage in the company's history was 2018, when the decision was made to transform the business into a company. Four people joined the group of partners, with whom Grzegorz Pawlak had been working together for several years and developing the company. In this way, a five-person management team was created, which to this day is jointly responsible for strategic decisions, development of PSS and project implementation.
The history of PSS is the story of a consistently built company, based on experience, mentoring, responsibility and a partnership approach to cooperation. The values formed at the beginning of this journey remain relevant and form the foundation of the way PSS designs, implements and maintains its solutions to this day.
