PSS Team
PSS was founded more than 25 years ago. Today, its development is led by a five-person management team, the company's partners, who have been working together for over 10 years and are jointly responsible for strategic decisions and project implementation. The establishment of the company was possible thanks to the support of brothers Józef and Henryk Pawlak. Their help in the first years of operation and the experience they have passed on have had a significant impact on the development of the company and the way we work and cooperate with customers today.
Today, the PSS team is made up of people who know their work well and simply enjoy what they do. We are a close-knit team, thanks to which we can work close to projects, take real responsibility for them and take care of their quality at every stage. This is what distinguishes us from large structures. Our clients have direct contact with decision-makers from the very beginning and throughout the cooperation. At PSS, we value partnership-based cooperation and simple communication, both within the team and in customer relations.
We combine design, implementation and service experience, working as a team and in clearly defined roles. Thanks to this, our solutions are refined, stable and well suited to the real needs of facilities and customer processes.

Our team
The PSS team is made up of specific people, and below we present the management staff responsible for the day-to-day functioning and development of the company. The tasks are carried out by our dedicated installation and service teams.
Grzegorz Pawlak
Sets the direction of development and architecture of solutions.
He supports and supervises the team in key design and implementation decisions. He is responsible for the company's development, technological directions, as well as the consistency and quality of the implemented solutions.
Iwona Stolarczyk
Coordinates the office and the implementation of tasks.
She supervises the work of the office, planning and implementation of the tasks of installation teams, preparation of cost estimates and ongoing contact with customers.
Aleksandra Pawlak
Conducts administration and finances.
She coordinates the administrative and financial affairs of the company, including accounting, HR and payroll, transfer execution and insurance services.
Dawid Wojciechowski
Manages project implementation.
He participates in the design of systems and deals with their configuration, commissioning and checking. He coordinates the implementation of works and the work of installation teams at the implementation stage.
Marcin Książek
Coordinates service and maintenance of systems.
He ensures that systems are operational ready and coordinates the work of service teams, supporting them in their ongoing activities and ensuring the continuity of system operation.
Marek Skoberla
Serves as the first point of contact for clients, coordinating orders, logistics, and delivery preparation, while also overseeing warehouse operations.
He ensures the smooth flow of information and responds promptly to service requests, supporting the continuity of day-to-day operations.
